CDG Privilege Membership Program Terms & Conditions
CDG Privilege Membership Program (“CDG Privilege”) is managed and operated by Cafe Deco Group (“CDG”). A CDG Privilege member (“Member”) who participates in the CDG Privilege Membership Program confirms his/her agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out herein below and as may be amended from time to time.
1. Membership
1.1. Any individual aged 18 or above is eligible to apply for Membership. If you are under 18 years and wish to become a member, you will need your parent's or legal guardian's consent. CDG reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time.
1.2. The applicant is required to download Cafe Deco Group Privilege App (“App”) and register with certain personal information. Each individual is entitled to hold one CDG Privilege membership at any one time
1.3. Applicant must ensure that the information submitted on the registration form is authentic, accurate, complete, not misleading and without any elements of fraud. CDG will not process any incomplete or inaccurate application and has the right to decline applications, re-issue or terminate a CDG Privilege account at any time with or without cause.
1.4. Membership is not transferable or assignable and is for the member's personal use and benefit only. Verification of the member's identity may be required.
1.5. The CDG Privilege member’s offer and discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
1.6. Red Card member will be automatically upgraded to Gold Card member by accumulated spending of HK$15,000 and upgraded to Platinum Card member by reaching an additional accumulated spending of HK$30,000 within one membership year. Gold and Platinum Card member will be automatically downgraded to Red or Gold Card member if the target spending is not achieved within the membership year.
1.7. All Membership has a validity period of 12 months from the date the Member joins, renews, upgrades or downgrades the relevant Membership.
1.8. Corporate Membership
1.8.1. By invitation only. Any corporation, entity, firm or organisation may email to vip@cafedecogroup.com to indicate its interest in becoming a Corporate Member of the CDG Privilege, and is required to submit the supporting information and documents for the consideration.
1.8.2. Corporate Member is required to register via App with specific corporate code provided to the human resources representative of the corporation, entity, firm or organisation. CDG reserves the right to request for proof of employment status. Please update CDG Privilege Membership Team via vip@cafedecogroup.com if there is any change in the status of employment.
2. Earning CDG$
2.1. Members are required to present your CDG Privilege ID before settling the bills. Members can earn CDG$1 for every eligible HK$1 spent in the following participating restaurants and bars. Up to CDG$10,000 can be earned per bill including private and corporate functions. (Eligible spending refers to payment settled by cash, credit card, octopus and electronic payments including Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayMe, Tap & Go and BOC Pay, etc.)

2.2. Members earn CDG$ according to their settlement amount which calculated based on the value after any service charge while all other promotional offers, discounts, tips, and purchase of cash coupon are excluded. CDG$ earning would be rounded to the nearest dollar. Members earning Asia Miles and using online food delivery and pick-up services / platforms are not eligible for earning CDG$.
2.3. CDG$ earned will be credited to the CDG Privilege membership account the next day after completed transaction. The CDG$ records of CDG Privilege shall prevail. To claim missing CDG$ for eligible spending within the past 1 month, member can send the dining and payment receipts to us at vip@cafedecogroup.com or 5320 0060 (WhatsApp), or submit a claim via the CDG Privilege App.
2.4. Any CDG$ earned in a month will be on a 12-month rolling basis after which they automatically expire. e.g. CDG$ earned in any dates in Jan 2022 will be expired by the end of Jan 2023.
2.5. CDG$ cannot be redeemed for cash. And CDG$ are not refundable once used for voucher redemption.
3. Burn CDG$
3.1. Member can use CDG$ to redeem voucher offered by participating outlets. The amount of CDG$ needed to redeem each voucher will be specified from time to time. You can see the CDG$ required for each available voucher via App.
3.2. Voucher can only be redeemed via App and be used directly with participating outlet by using the QR code. The different ways to enjoy your chosen voucher will be detailed in the specific terms and conditions for each particular voucher.
3.3. The voucher that can be redeemed by the member in relation to his/her CDG Privilege membership account shall be prescribed, amended, provided, offered or terminated, from time to time, at our sole discretion, without any liability to the member.
3.4. Once member has spent his/her CDG$ to redeem a voucher who cannot return or exchange the voucher. Redeemed voucher are not returnable nor exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Benefits
4.1. Welcome offers vary according to membership tiers. Each member will only be entitled to the welcome offer once. Each registrated email/ mobile number can enjoy the welcome offer once only. If multiple redemption of the welcome offer has occurred, CDG shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately (i) suspend or terminate such membership; (ii) forfeit all the bonus points; and (iii) disqualify the member’s rights of further reward redemption.The welcome offer is valid for a period of 3 months upon successful enrollment of CDG Privilege. The welcome offers will be stored as the vouchers and automatically loaded to the CDG Privilege membership account.
4.2. 10% year-round offer on a la carte items for dine-in at any one of the participating outlets. This offer cannot be used with any other promotion items.
4.3. Birthday offer varies according to membership tiers. Member will be required to present valid identification for stating the date of birth (e.g. ID card) to enjoy the birthday offer.
4.4. All-Day Happy Hour offer is valid for dine-in at any one of the participating outlets only for specific tier.
4.5. Gold Card and Platinum Card member can enjoy a free upgrade on drinks package for one extra hour for banquet booking of 50 guests or above.
4.6. Platinum Card member can enjoy access to exclusive tasting and special events.
5. General Conditions
5.1. It is a member’s responsibility to check the CDG Privilege section of the CDG’s website or App regularly for any update and/or change on the Terms and Conditions and new promotion and redemption offer.
5.2. If no CDG$ earning has been recorded in a member’s account for 12 months or more, we may terminate the said account. Upon termination of the account, the CDG Privilege membership will be deactivated and cancelled without prior notice.
5.3. At any time during his/her membership term, when a member is found to have committed fraud, misrepresented any information, or violated any of the CDG Privilege’s Terms and Conditions, abused the CDG Privilege benefits or, in any other way, acted to the detriment of CDG or any affiliates or suppliers of the Program, we may, without affecting our other rights, terminate the membership and cancel all the CDG$ earned.
5.4. CDG reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions of the CDG Privilege, or to terminate the CDG Privilege at any time without prior notice.
5.5. CDG reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and any disputes regarding this CDG Privilege Membership Program.
